Lovely itis on spa day with the family. Party of 5. We used the pool facilities the spa facilities and the restaurant. The pool area was warm as was the water, tiles and bath robes were a bit dated. General pool area could do with some upgrading. Spa area was lovely. Warm and comforting, treatments were lovely and are well priced, relaxation room is a nice touch. Chloe, my therapist was professional and informative. And I felt refresh and invigorated after my facial and shoulder/nevk/back massage. Restaurant staff were lovely, food was delicious, atmosphere bright and inviting with well priced drinks and beverages. Overall, a very nice experience. We would definitely recommend, return and use again.

Booked a 2 night spa break for my daughter's 40th. From check-in to check-out we had a lovely stay. Staff are amazing, everyone goes above and beyond. We booked treatments and Kendal, you made my experience special. My skin was glowing and I felt amazing. Every single member of staff is friendly, helpful and worth their weight in gold!!! I'm coeliac and staff went out of their way to make sure I had plenty options for breakfast, dinner and snacks. Thank you for making our stay so relaxing 😌

We just had a 2 night stay here and it was really amazing, the staff went above and beyond for us and they were all so lovely and accommodating, the hotel itself was really nice and the food was so good, we had 2 treatments each on our stay and Julie and Kendal were so welcoming and made our stay that extra bit special, would definitely come back here thank you so much for making our stay the best it could be.

Booked the missus a lunch and Spa day as a Mother’s Day gift, she was well overdue a day to relax, lunch was brilliant then we spent a couple ours chilling at the pool, along with the sauna and steam room, before heading to the Spa for a 25 min treatment, personally I got the shoulders neck and scalp massage which was brilliant, was very close to falling asleep. Fair to say that we had a brilliant relaxing time there, leaving we both felt refreshed

Had an amazing massage by a beautiful and fantastic massuse by the name of chole! So lovely, very relaxing and great all round experience! Would 100% recommend her 😊

Fabulous spa and overnight package. Room was clean, modern and well equipped. Had a lovely Rhassoul treatment, super relaxed before dinner in Fleming restaurant where we were taken taken of by the lovely Beth. Both food and service were 10/10!

Had a lovely day at the rhassoul spa and overnight stay Absolutely fantastic deal. Including dinner and breakfast. Particular mention has to be made to Beth in the Flemings restaurant. Very friendly and attentive. Made sure we were more than looked after throughout our time in the restaurant and the food was top notch.... especially the balsamic onions. 10/10 we will be back.

Fantastic experience. This was a gift from my parents as an engagement gift. One massage was booked for 10am and one for 10.30am but on arrival we were offered a dual massage room for both of us at 10.30am - very happy with this! We were shown where everything was and clear instructions to follow. We had the choice to upgrade our massage for a small extra fee, which we did and so glad! We had Natalie and Chloe for our massages and they were brilliant, making sure we were comfortable and the pressure was alright. Feeling so relaxed! The pool area is great and the relaxation room is well stocked with water, teas and plenty of room to relax on a lounge chair.

Murray, Alexander, Emilia, Isla, Sam and Gary were class. A shining light in a hotel with so much promise Golf course was a shambles. 5 stars for them raising the bar

Just back from an amazing wee overnight stay. It was fantastic but the highlight was definitely the spa treatments. Julie was brilliant. If you are going I would recommend requesting her.

Generally a lovely stay. Room was spotless as usual, the sauna and jacuzzi were good but the steam room had an awful fishy smell. So bad we couldn’t sit in there. The meal at night was lovely and the service was fantastic. Breakfast next morning was also great. Really good choice and good quality products. Another great stay with my daughter.

Had a fantastic time here, we booked DBB with a spa treatment. The spa treatment was outstanding, my therapist Julie was amazing. I’ve been to loads of spas but this treatment stands out as one of the best, Julie was an expert and worked through the knots in my back so much so there was a physical difference afterwards. I would definitely book again. The relaxation room is lovely and was great for chilling after our treatment. Unfortunately the pool was closed so we don’t get access to that or the jacuzzi but could access the steam room and sauna Our room was spacious and clean but the beds were a little on the small side. Food was ok, breakfast was nice but the burger I ordered for dinner was overcooked.

Had a great time, Niamh and Kara looked after us at dinner.

My friend and I had a spa day here. We had a delicious lunch and were very well looked after by Millie. We both had amazing massages and facials my therapist was Linda. I can highly recommend a spa day at the Westerwood.

Just returned from the Spa and lunch deal today. The staff so friendly and nothing a bother. At the restaurant Maria, ,Millie, Sonny and Annatise were so helpful and very pleasant. Really looked after me. Sharon was my Therapist and she was amazing. I would recommend the Spa day,and I’ll definitely be back.

My experience at the westerwood spa was next to none! My masseuse was Kendal and she was so kind, and reassuring. Kendal made to check up on my through my treatments both the body scrub and the neck, shoulders and back massage. Kendal went out of her way to ensure i had the best experience, which i absolutely did! I feel amazing and thats all down to the work that Kendal done today. Thank you very much! And i would recommend this to anyone!!

I stayed here for my 20th birthday this week, I was booked in for a back massage and mini facial. Both were absolutely fantastic, and so relaxing! Sharon who done my treatments couldn’t have been any better! She was so kind and made me feel at ease as this was my first massage! Thank you Sharon x
