Just back from an amazing wee overnight stay. It was fantastic but the highlight was definitely the spa treatments. Julie was brilliant. If you are going I would recommend requesting her.

Generally a lovely stay. Room was spotless as usual, the sauna and jacuzzi were good but the steam room had an awful fishy smell. So bad we couldn’t sit in there. The meal at night was lovely and the service was fantastic. Breakfast next morning was also great. Really good choice and good quality products. Another great stay with my daughter.

Had a fantastic time here, we booked DBB with a spa treatment. The spa treatment was outstanding, my therapist Julie was amazing. I’ve been to loads of spas but this treatment stands out as one of the best, Julie was an expert and worked through the knots in my back so much so there was a physical difference afterwards. I would definitely book again. The relaxation room is lovely and was great for chilling after our treatment. Unfortunately the pool was closed so we don’t get access to that or the jacuzzi but could access the steam room and sauna Our room was spacious and clean but the beds were a little on the small side. Food was ok, breakfast was nice but the burger I ordered for dinner was overcooked.

My friend and I had a spa day here. We had a delicious lunch and were very well looked after by Millie. We both had amazing massages and facials my therapist was Linda. I can highly recommend a spa day at the Westerwood.

Just returned from the Spa and lunch deal today. The staff so friendly and nothing a bother. At the restaurant Maria, ,Millie, Sonny and Annatise were so helpful and very pleasant. Really looked after me. Sharon was my Therapist and she was amazing. I would recommend the Spa day,and I’ll definitely be back.

My experience at the westerwood spa was next to none! My masseuse was Kendal and she was so kind, and reassuring. Kendal made to check up on my through my treatments both the body scrub and the neck, shoulders and back massage. Kendal went out of her way to ensure i had the best experience, which i absolutely did! I feel amazing and thats all down to the work that Kendal done today. Thank you very much! And i would recommend this to anyone!!

I stayed here for my 20th birthday this week, I was booked in for a back massage and mini facial. Both were absolutely fantastic, and so relaxing! Sharon who done my treatments couldn’t have been any better! She was so kind and made me feel at ease as this was my first massage! Thank you Sharon x

Had a fabulous stay at this lovely hotel. The room was so nice and clean, the hotel is dog friendly and the staff could not have been nicer! My room was completely silent and really comfortable. Will definitely be back

We were bought a voucher as a gift at Christmas and chose to present it for payment against a two-night B&B stay at Glasgow Westerwood. The location is key for us and we found it useful to visit various locations in central Scotland - specifically between Edinburgh and Glasgow. The room was clean and comfortable and the hotel was welcoming. Honestly, had I still been in work it would have passed as a business hotel but it still offered something for leisure travellers. The leisure facilities were nice but perhaps could do with a bit of an overhaul as there were many obvious repairs around the pool, for example. However, the Glasgow Westerwood team were the real positive for the hotel and throughout our stay they were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was another positive, with plently of choice and availability. We ate dinner both nights - once in the restaurant and once in the bar - and both were excellent considering both food and service. Overall, we really enjoyed our two days...

Overall I was pleased with our spa day. I was gifted a voucher for my 40th birthday which included lunch and a 25mins treatment. Lunch was ok, there wasn’t much choice. From previous experience at the westerwood, the afternoon tea selection of sandwiches and cakes was much more satisfying. The pool area could be doing with some upgrading. Looks a little unkept in areas. The spa was lovely, Linda was exceptional and made the experience for me. She gave the best back and neck massage. She hit every knot in my back and applied appropriate pressure. The relaxation room was lovely.

Had a lovely relaxing birthday celebration visit with family. Had booked spa treatments and completed our visit with an overnight stay. Huge room with both very comfortable super king size and double bed. All facilities provided for, felt that nothing was missing. Dinner allowance of £35 per person included in price, along with breakfast which offered a great range of options. Have stayed several times in the past and hope to return again in future. Very helpful reception staff, thank you!
