Friendly staff and first class spa treatment
Lovely hotel with very friendly staff special mention to Elena for the first class spa treatment.
Fantastic dining experience
The service was exceptional, the staff (especially Emma) went above and beyond to cater for my allergies.
Great stay
What a great stay at the Westerwood. A lovely welcome. The king bed room was great. Everything was clean. The food was lovely. Ate in the bar 1 evening. Breakfast had everything. Lovely fruit, pastries and cooked breakfast. I will return.
Great place to stay.
Our ‘go to’ hotel when back visiting family in Scotland. The staff are great, the location is excellent, with direct access to the main roads to Stirling, Glasgow and Edinburgh. The leisure facilities are fantastic and the pool is a great way to unwind after a long drive. Breakfast is amazing,( although as an exiled Scotsman, I would love to see square sausage on the menu!) All in all, a really great place to stay.
Excellent friendly service
Was served by Murray today . He was excellent.... Great service and very helpful. I felt a little unwell during my dinner and he genuinely looked concerned for me . Thank you so much .
Great Experience
Excellent experience. Had a brilliant dinner. Both Murray & Alexander served us and they were exceptional. Definitely go back to stay and eat.
Spa day and lunch
Great wee deal and everyone was helpful and friendly

Wonderful stay
Had a wonderful stay at the Glasgow Westerwood Hotel, with a friend. Delicious food, friendly staff, lovely grounds and rooms and exceptional spa treatment with Natalie. Highly recommend and we will be back.
Perfect location for rest and relaxation
Beautiful location, views are gorgeous! The relaxation room is exactly that, and our massages were fab. Food was delicious, service was great and really friendly, fantastic choose for a sisters spa overnight!
Relaxing night away
Had an overnight spa day for my mums birthday. Thoroughly enjoyed ourselves plus a really relaxing massage from Sharon.
Excellent stay
Had a lovely stay with my husband. Lovely hotel, very good breakfast & dinner. Excellent service. Room very nice with comfy bed. Beautiful scenery around the lovely golf course where one can also walk if not playing golf. Had an excellent relaxing Spa experience with Sharon who was very friendly and who also offered a Reflexology foot massage which helped my health issue. She could even tell that I had issues with my back even when I had not mentioned that before my appointment. Would certainly return to this hotel.
Relaxing
Treatment was relaxing, Sharon was great at explaining the steps and making me feel at ease

10/10 ⭐️ Cannot wait to return
We stayed at the Westerwood Hotel to celebrate our 15th anniversary, and we had the best time! From the minute we arrived until we checked out, we had such a lovely experience. Our room was spotless, and the whole hotel was immaculate. The spa was amazing too, so relaxing and exactly what we needed. We also had pizza in the restaurant, and it was delicious! The staff were all so friendly, welcoming and accommodating throughout our stay. I only managed to catch one name, Jack, who was brilliant, but everyone we met, from reception, to the bar, to the spa was lovely. They all deserve recognition for the excellent service they provide, as they really helped make our anniversary even more enjoyable. We honestly couldn't fault a thing. The atmosphere, the facilities, the food and the service all made for a fantastic stay. We'll definitely be back and can't wait for our next visit. A huge thank you to everyone at the Westerwood for making our anniversary so special. We'd highly recommend staying here!
Relaxing
I found the experience very relaxing. Sharon was wonderful and very skilled in massage therapy. She put me at ease and answered all my questions.
Mainly good but bit pricey and some improvements possible
The stay overall was good - the room was clean and quiet and the food we ate was v good. Some points for improvement: 1 - the pillows are awful - it’s almost like just lying with your head on the mattress even with 2 of them. 2 - there wasn’t enough teabags or milk in the room. 3 - Curtains let all the lights in so we were awake from 4am/5am - Ned to think about blackout curtains or blinds. 4 - food and cocktails were a bit expensive. £14 for a cocktail and £22 a burger to just eat in the bar area felt a bit over the top. We were over £100 for 2 drinks and some food in the bar just for the 2 of us. On the positive side, staff were friendly especially those on front desk.
New spin bikes are great
I’ve been a member of the leisure club for a while and wanted to say what a fabulous gym and spin enhancement it’s been. A brand spanking new gym and brand spanking new spin bikes has made the torture of exercise more enjoyable. I’ve just finished a spin class with Karen who was fantastic. A tough task master but a good class
Great staff? Great scran!
We had a lovely wee scran on our first night staying. Hopefully tomorrow will be just as good. Shout out to Murray, Niamh, Kara and Millie. They made us feel so welcome and couldn’t have done more. They caught each course just and topped us up regularly! Good staff, good food!!
