The staff were helpful and friendly. The rooms were spacious and clean and the shower had excellent water pressure. I managed to lock myself out of my safe, this was dealt with friendly good humour. all the arrangements for the conference I was attending were handled very efficiently.

Treatments exactly as I asked for, Sharon was very attentive & listened to what I wanted out of my treatments

The food was great and the service was super and the staff were very polite. Thanks to Murray, Millie and Emma as they provided a great service.

I visited today with a friend and used the spa and had couple of treatments this was very well needed and relaxing the spa was excellent we then went onto having lunch and served by a few different ladies who were excellent there service made the whole experience enjoyable there names were Millie, Maria, Niamh, Annalise would definitely recommend and will return 😁

Went for a SPA experience. All staff were very friendly. The restaurant staff went above and beyond to accommodate my allergens. Erica put me at ease and delivered the most amazing treatments.

Spent a lovely wee afternoon/early evening having a few drinks in the bar . Service was great and a special mention to Katie as her service and cheery attitude was excellent!

Sharon was very informative to begin with and spoke me through my experience . It was very relaxing and enjoyable .

We had a pleasant stay and a decent game of golf. Had an upgrade on arrival which was nice! The room was clean and comfortable, all of the colleagues were very pleasant and helpful. The chap in the golf shop was super helpful and helped get us out on the course without prebooking. The hotel itself is a bit tired and even a modest investment in decoration and maintenance would make a big difference. The breakfast, whilst very reasonably priced was disappointing, Luke warm food and pretty much uninspiring. Located about half an hour outside the city (25 pounds in a local taxi)…actually worked out well for us. I can’t commend the front of house staff enough, they were all excellent , made us all feel very welcome and that’s the main memory from our lovely weekend in Glasgow

Visited Westwood for a spa day with a friend and had a wonderful time. Received a head, neck and scalp massage from Sharon and she was perfection. Felt so relaxed afterwards and could have stayed there so much longer! I appreciated her listening to what I wanted and making the whole experience as comfortable as it could be. The restaurant team who served us lunch were also fantastic too and the food was delicious. The only thing I would say needed improvement were the locker area in the changing facilities being a bit of a challenge, and the cold shower next to the sauna did not work very well. I love hot and cold contrast therapy so was disappointed this wasn't working after the sauna. Even the shower entering the changing facilities wasn't very cold. Overall though, we had a wonderful visit and would definitely book again.

Our spa afternoon was fabulous, the restaurant staff Millie and Mia where very helpful, well mannered and polite.

We stayed here for a family birthday celebration and it was so lovely. Great service from start to finish. The people on reception were very accommodating and helped us out greatly. We had a lovely dinner in the restaurant which was great and a good selection of drinks and wine. The spa was mediocre definitely needs a refresh. The bar was lovely.

Relaxing break apart from hot water in bathroom was a problem, reported to reception. I also requested that my bill to be e mailed to me as the printer at reception wasn't working, to date I haven't received the invoice via e mail

Lovely spa and lunch experience today. Was a gift for my birthday from my sister in law - and itison voucher. Diane was amazing for my massage and Annalise was a really attentive server.

My friends and I had a Spa Day yesterday at this fabulous hotel. All the staff helped make this experience one to remember. A huge Thank You to Julie, my masseuse, best massage ever. What a wonderful way to spend a Friday afternoon. Just bliss. We had coffee and delicious scones on arrival. Lounged by the pool, steam room and jacuzzi before our treatments followed by an exceptional lunch and fizz. Thank you Westerwood Spa.

We have had such a wonderful experience at the Westerwood Spa & Golf Resort, we had a wonderful dinner, we were served by a gentleman named Ryan, he was superb, polite and created a great evening even though the restaurant was busy. Lovely outlook, friendly staff and comfortable room. Plenty of room in lounge and dining area. Food and drink was typical hotel prices. Breakfast was really good with plenty of choice. We ere really looking forward to using the pool area but it was full. This was really disappointing - maybe a booking system would have been better. The next morning I decided to sit and spectate while my husband went into the pool. There were only 2 seats available so it was rather uncomfortable standing about and some people were sat on the stairs. Not a great look.
