Stayed 4 nights as part of a group. I had good ' exercise ' as my room was the furthest from the lift (240 steps). Very clean with lovely staff. Room was spacious with safe and little cooler fridge. Nice sized walk in shower. No window opening so did get a tad warm.. Now lounging/ bar areas. Excellent breakfast Inc gluten free and food options good. Comfy beds.

Good location with calm atmosphere. We had the Deluxe King room which was clean and spacious. Value for money as we had the summer break offer, which included the use of the spa facilities. Good food with beautiful views from the conservatory restaurant. My only criticism is that they did not have hash browns for breakfast. Overall, a lovely overnight stay.

Lovely relaxing last minute overnight stay. Nice surroundings, great food from bar menu. Best of all was the wonderful spa experience and massage by Kendal. Will definitely be back and would highly recommend it.

Had a fantastic stay, booked last minute to celebrate my birthday. First time staying at hotel. Our room was massive family room with 2 huge double beds. Big tv, mini bar and tea/coffee machine. Check in was smooth. Pool and spa facilities are modern and relaxing. Comfortable and cosy lounge and bar. Restaurant modern. We didn’t eat in restaurant, we went into town for dinner. Breakfast was superb!!! Vast choice of hot and cold buffet, pastries and drinks. Special mention - Joanne, Emma and Luke who all looked after us at breakfast. All staff are friendly and super helpful.

We had a wonderful stay at Westerwood. Every staff member we interacted with were professional and welcoming and friendly at reception, in the restaurant and pool area . The pool was an excellent place to unwind in after a long drive in the warm heat. the facilities were clean and staff helpful. the hot tub has a nice view of the hills The food in the restaurant was excellent ambience was great and I would highly recommend the mint and pea soup as a starter. I had steak both nights and it was melt in the mouth and cooked perfectly to my order. What made our meals extra special were the attentive staff and great service in the restaurant. The room was lovely Brilliant location for our visit to Stirling and Falkirk. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this to anyone for a lovely stay

The resort was exactly what I needed for a little getaway. The atmosphere was serene, service was impeccable. The treatment I got at the spa was amazing thanks to Sharon. She was so nice and gentle. I will definitely be coming back. The only thing I struggled with was the dinner options. I wish the options were varied to satisfy different tastes buds . Overall, it was a great experience.

My boyfriend booked us a spa day for my birthday and it was absolutely perfect! Sharon gave me the most wonderful massage and facial, she was such a lovely calm presence and was so knowledgeable. I highlighted areas of concern in my back and I felt truly listened to as she really put extra focus to this and I left feeling brand new! Cannot thank her enough for this and have already recommended to my friends and family

I’ve been a member of the Westerwood for more years than I care to remember, and for a long time not much changed. But 2026 has brought some fantastic changes, and they’ve all been for the better. The new gym is top class, with the best equipment, a great layout, and a brilliant atmosphere. The new bikes in the spin studio are also first-class. This has been my best year yet at the Westerwood. The PTs are all fantastic, but a couple deserve a special mention. Karen always goes the extra mile, taking the time to explain not just the movements but the benefits behind them, which makes a huge difference. Steph brings incredible energy, keeps everything running smoothly, and delivers the best spin and kettlebell classes. A big thank you to the whole Westerwood team for making the club better than ever. Keep up the great work!

My friend and I went for a spa day to celebrate our 30th birthdays. I am 25 weeks pregnant so was nervous about the treatments however it was incredible! My therapist was Chelsey and she spoke me through everything and made me feel extremely comfortable throughout both my treatments. Could not recommend enough! I had the peaceful pregnancy massage and the mini facial with scalp massage. Both treatments were amazing!

We had a wonderful experience, an overnight stay with breakfast and dinner and a 50 minute spa treatment. Reception staff could not have been lovelier or friendlier and the spa staff were amazing - so professional, kind and friendly. Use of facilities was also brilliant and we enjoyed using the pool after our spa treatments. Breakfast and dinner were absolutely delicious. Would absolutely recommend and we can’t wait to go the westerwood again for another spa break.

I would like to say what an amazing experience we had. This was a break we really needed and this is all down to Sharon who did my massage.one of the main reasons Sharon listened to what exactly I wanted in my spa treatment. She’s such a lovely person and a credit to your company.

Elena was fantastic, she was friendly and did an excellent job. The hot stone massage was relaxing and warming. The spa and relaxation room were so peaceful with water and teas provided. The prices were very reasonable for all the amenities and services provided.

The staff are all fantastic and make you feel so comfortable! Got a back shoulder and neck massage off elena and she made sure i felt comfortable throughout the full experience and was so kind , Great value for money!

Amazing treatment with Sharon who went above and beyond even after her shift had finished. Thank you Sharon. Definitely recommend and will be a regular myself!
