What are check in and check out times?
Check in is from 3pm. If you arrive before 3pm our concierge can store any luggage for you. Check out is by 11am.
Is reception open 24 hours?
Yes, a member of our team will always be on hand should you need anything.
As an overnight guest can I use your spa facilities?
All residents have full use of the Leisure facilities and can make bookings for any spa treatments or packages they would like.
Is there car parking?
What is the cancellation policy for rooms?
If you have booked the Best Available Flex Rate you can cancel anytime up to 4pm on the day prior to the day of arrival with no charge. Cancellation after this time will incur a charge for your first night’s stay. Other rates may carry different cancellation terms and these will be confirmed at the time of enquiry or booking.
