Birthday Spa Day
My boyfriend booked us a spa day for my birthday and it was absolutely perfect! Sharon gave me the most wonderful massage and facial, she was such a lovely calm presence and was so knowledgeable. I highlighted areas of concern in my back and I felt truly listened to as she really put extra focus to this and I left feeling brand new! Cannot thank her enough for this and have already recommended to my friends and family

Westerwood 2026
I’ve been a member of the Westerwood for more years than I care to remember, and for a long time not much changed. But 2026 has brought some fantastic changes, and they’ve all been for the better. The new gym is top class, with the best equipment, a great layout, and a brilliant atmosphere. The new bikes in the spin studio are also first-class. This has been my best year yet at the Westerwood. The PTs are all fantastic, but a couple deserve a special mention. Karen always goes the extra mile, taking the time to explain not just the movements but the benefits behind them, which makes a huge difference. Steph brings incredible energy, keeps everything running smoothly, and delivers the best spin and kettlebell classes. A big thank you to the whole Westerwood team for making the club better than ever. Keep up the great work!
Peaceful pregnancy spa day!
My friend and I went for a spa day to celebrate our 30th birthdays. I am 25 weeks pregnant so was nervous about the treatments however it was incredible! My therapist was Chelsey and she spoke me through everything and made me feel extremely comfortable throughout both my treatments. Could not recommend enough! I had the peaceful pregnancy massage and the mini facial with scalp massage. Both treatments were amazing!

Couple Spa Break
We had a wonderful experience, an overnight stay with breakfast and dinner and a 50 minute spa treatment. Reception staff could not have been lovelier or friendlier and the spa staff were amazing - so professional, kind and friendly. Use of facilities was also brilliant and we enjoyed using the pool after our spa treatments. Breakfast and dinner were absolutely delicious. Would absolutely recommend and we can’t wait to go the westerwood again for another spa break.

I would like to say what an amazing experience we had. This was a break we really needed and this is all down to Sharon who did my massage.one of the main reasons Sharon listened to what exactly I wanted in my spa treatment. She’s such a lovely person and a credit to your company.
Spa day while my partner was golfing
Elena was fantastic, she was friendly and did an excellent job. The hot stone massage was relaxing and warming. The spa and relaxation room were so peaceful with water and teas provided. The prices were very reasonable for all the amenities and services provided.
Amazing couples spa day
The staff are all fantastic and make you feel so comfortable! Got a back shoulder and neck massage off elena and she made sure i felt comfortable throughout the full experience and was so kind , Great value for money!

Had an amazing spa treatment with Helen. The products were gorgeous and her expertise made the whole experience incredibly relaxing. I left feeling refreshed and very well cared for. I will definitely be back as soon as I can.
Lovely breakfast
We had a fantastic breakfast at the hotel, food was delicious and varied and the restaurant lovely, bright and airy. A great way to start the day. Lily and Olaf were particularly helpful, although all the staff were really pleasant.
Spa night
Went for a spa night for our anniversary. My treatment was carried out by Gemma and my partners was carried out by Kendal. Can say this was the best experience and made us both feel so welcome. Both girls were so knowledgeable and helped my partner with different products for skin. Will definitely be back.
Matcha and Reformer event August 2026
I visited the Westerwood Hotel and Spa today for the Matcha and Reformer event and it was superb. This was my first time doing a Pilates class, the music was motivating, the instructor(Eilish) explained the format easily and demonstrated each exercise well. The pace was good for beginners and the atmosphere was fun! The matcha drinks were really nice with complimentary fruit which is a nice touch.
Reformer class
Went to Eilish’s (instructor) reformer class at the gym on 02/08/2026. Eilish was a fantastic teacher, very easy to follow yet was a challenging class. Very light and comforting atmosphere in the class. Great experience!

Frequently Asked Questions

Guests are invited to use the Health Club facilities on a complimentary basis during their stay, between check-in at 3pm until check-out at 11am.

Access to the facilities is subject to availability and capacity at the time of use.

Spa treatments are available at an additional charge.

If you've booked a treatment with us, you'll be given a complimentary fluffy robe and towel to use for the duration of your spa experience, and slippers/flip flops can be purchased from the spa team on arrival. Alternatively, you're welcome to bring along your own footwear. 

Our treatments are suitable for people over the age of 16. We do not provide treatments for children under 16. 

A number of our spa packages include a delicious light lunch and a glass of Prosecco. Our menu changes regularly, but please call the spa on 01236 457171 if you'd like further information. You can also upgrade to an indulgent Afternoon Tea if you'd like an extra treat.
