We had a pleasant stay and a decent game of golf. Had an upgrade on arrival which was nice! The room was clean and comfortable, all of the colleagues were very pleasant and helpful. The chap in the golf shop was super helpful and helped get us out on the course without prebooking. The hotel itself is a bit tired and even a modest investment in decoration and maintenance would make a big difference. The breakfast, whilst very reasonably priced was disappointing, Luke warm food and pretty much uninspiring. Located about half an hour outside the city (25 pounds in a local taxi)…actually worked out well for us. I can’t commend the front of house staff enough, they were all excellent , made us all feel very welcome and that’s the main memory from our lovely weekend in Glasgow

Our spa afternoon was fabulous, the restaurant staff Millie and Mia where very helpful, well mannered and polite.

We stayed here for a family birthday celebration and it was so lovely. Great service from start to finish. The people on reception were very accommodating and helped us out greatly. We had a lovely dinner in the restaurant which was great and a good selection of drinks and wine. The spa was mediocre definitely needs a refresh. The bar was lovely.

Relaxing break apart from hot water in bathroom was a problem, reported to reception. I also requested that my bill to be e mailed to me as the printer at reception wasn't working, to date I haven't received the invoice via e mail

Lovely spa and lunch experience today. Was a gift for my birthday from my sister in law - and itison voucher. Diane was amazing for my massage and Annalise was a really attentive server.

My friends and I had a Spa Day yesterday at this fabulous hotel. All the staff helped make this experience one to remember. A huge Thank You to Julie, my masseuse, best massage ever. What a wonderful way to spend a Friday afternoon. Just bliss. We had coffee and delicious scones on arrival. Lounged by the pool, steam room and jacuzzi before our treatments followed by an exceptional lunch and fizz. Thank you Westerwood Spa.

We have had such a wonderful experience at the Westerwood Spa & Golf Resort, we had a wonderful dinner, we were served by a gentleman named Ryan, he was superb, polite and created a great evening even though the restaurant was busy. Lovely outlook, friendly staff and comfortable room. Plenty of room in lounge and dining area. Food and drink was typical hotel prices. Breakfast was really good with plenty of choice. We ere really looking forward to using the pool area but it was full. This was really disappointing - maybe a booking system would have been better. The next morning I decided to sit and spectate while my husband went into the pool. There were only 2 seats available so it was rather uncomfortable standing about and some people were sat on the stairs. Not a great look.

Stayed here for 2 nights for my birthday with my partner and it was wonderful. Room was great and bigger than expected, very clean throughout and we had a great sleep! The blackout curtains were unreal! Restaurant food was phenomenal and our waiter Ryan was so attentive and gave great advice regarding meal choices and drinks. Leisure facilities could do with an upgrade as it was looking old and tired but still enjoyed ourselves. We never played golf but went a walk around the course and it was really clean and well kept. Location is great as we went the short drive into town and also stopped in at the garden centre just next to the hotel. Atmosphere was very good and no issues with noise at night time either. Would highly recommend for a couple of nights relaxation. Prices for food and drink were reasonable for the quality you were getting.

We had a fantastic stay at the Westerwood Hotel and Spa. The facilities were great, the atmosphere was relaxing, and the overall experience was brilliant from start to finish. A special mention has to go to the restaurant staff who looked after us during dinner — Murray, Beth, Niamh and Joshua. Their service was outstanding all evening. They were friendly, attentive, professional, and made us feel really welcome throughout our meal. Nothing was too much trouble and they genuinely helped make the experience even better. Excellent customer service all round and we’ll definitely be returning. Highly recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, particularly appreciating the exceptional service and ambiance. The staff members, specifically Murray, Ryan, Beth, Harvey, and Gordon [busy man🫡] from the front office, demonstrated remarkable kindness, efficiency, and professionalism.

Millie was great was a busy night and she was constantly on the go making sure we were looked after, food was of excellent quality really enjoyed the meal

Great place to stop off en route to the Scottish Highlands. The room was spacious with a very comfortable bed and hot drinks facilities. All the staff were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed dinning there and had great service from particularly Beth and Ryan. 👏👏

The location of the Westerwood was very central for us which was great. Our room was a studio so to have that extra room was brilliant, we weren’t tripping over our suitcases all the time. The restaurant food was tasty for both times we had meals there, breakfast and dinner and portions were of good quality and size. Millie our server/waitress was amazing. Cheerful, friendly and helpful.

In particular would like to commend staff member Murray who very kindly supported us as my husband who is partially blind registered blind offered supported and assisting as he brought our drinks to us outside as it was a very sunny day and Murray went beyond for us as customers and this was greatly appreciated so we recommend Murray as a very supportive staff member for your organisation with excellent customer care skills thank you Murray Mr and Mrs Boyd

From arriving at the Westerwood Hotel for a lunch and spa experience to leaving afterwards every part of our afternoon was lovely. The lunch was far more than we expected with three courses which very extremely tasty and a drink also included. The staff were all brilliant especially Sharon from the Spa. I chose a facial and neck, shoulder and back massage as my spa treatments which were amazing and I felt totally relaxed and refreshed afterwards. I will most definitely be returning. Thank you.
