Each hotel has a number of rooms that dogs are welcome to stay in. Please check availability of these rooms when making your booking with our Contact Centre. Simply get in touch by calling 0330 107 1599.

That depends on the hotel you’re staying in and if our other dog guests have taken the available beds. Our guide shows you which of our hotels offer dog beds and other creature comforts, including dog bowls and dog treats.Give our team a call ahead of your visit to check if beds are available for the duration of your stay and we’ll be happy to run through any other questions you might have.

All the essentials to ensure your pet has a comfortable stay; their bed or crate, food, lead, doggie bags, treats and toys. Having their own things around will help them settle in unfamiliar surroundings.  Some of our hotels do provide extra treats and useful items. You can check our guide for more details or get in touch with our team to find out more.We also recommend packing toys or any other items that will help to keep your pet occupied in your room.

We’ll give you a ‘Pet-in-room’ sign to hang from your door handle and arrange the best time to clean your room based on when you and your dog are not around. There might even be some treats on hand too.

If you haven’t asked already, you can check if we have dog beds and bowls. At check-out, some hotels might charge a compulsory cleaning fee if your dog leaves mess or damage in your room or anywhere in the hotel.

Yes, you can. Our guide shows the indoor and outdoor areas where you can order food and sit alongside your faithful friend.

We don't allow you to leave your dog alone in the room if you’re leaving the hotel, as this can cause some dogs to become distressed and cause disruption to other hotel guests.

If you’re using the facilities in the hotel (for example the pool or the spa) you can leave your dog alone in the room, however we ask that you let reception know you have done so in case we need to contact you.

At check-in, you should receive a ‘Pet in room’ sign, make sure this is visible by hanging it from your door handle before you leave your room. A toy in the room can help to keep your dog occupied and prevent them from crying or scratching at furniture.

To make sure your room is cleaned to our usual high standards, you should talk to our housekeeping team.

We’ll try to arrange cleaning times when you and your dog have left the room. If that isn’t possible, some hotels will ask for your dog to be in a crate and supervised by their owner while we refresh your room.

Some areas of our hotels aren’t suitable for dogs, even with a lead. If you’re unsure where you can take your faithful friend, just ask us at reception on your arrival.

Not everyone is as comfortable around pets as their owners, that’s why we ask that you keep your dog on a lead at all times outside of your room.

We ask that you clean up all mess left by your dog both indoors and outdoors on our hotel grounds. Please ensure you remember to bring plenty of waste bags, enough for the duration of your trip.

If your dog leaves a mess in your room, you may be charged a fee to cover the costs of a deep clean. This is typically £40-50.

If your companion damages anything in and around the hotel we’ll ask the owner to take responsibility. That means we can charge your account with any costs of repairs.

If your dog disturbs our guests, we might ask you to find your pet an alternative home but hopefully it won’t come to that.

You may be asked to confirm that your dog is fully vaccinated too.

Yes they are.

There may not be much space on the city centre hotels’ grounds for walks but our team can happily point you towards local green spaces.
