I ordered a non plain cheeseburger as a pre tournament meal for my tang soo do after arriving from Ireland. Beth, Ellie, Millie and Alexander made sure everything was in good class and everyone was happy.

I had the best spa experience! Julie was amazing and so kind! The menu for the light lunch was also good. Definitely worth it!

Had a lovely stay at the westerwood hotel. Was given a warm welcome at reception by Lyndsay. The room is lovely and spacious, clean and modern. Spa facilities were nice. Had dinner in the restaurant, fish and chips was superb, wife enjoyed the burger and the desserts were also excellent. Sticky toffee pudding didn't disappoint! Served by Beth who was friendly and her recommendations were spot on. Based solely on the customer service received I would definitely return for a future visit.

I had the most wonderful neck, shoulder, and scalp massage. It was such a relaxing and lovely experience, and I came away feeling so calm and refreshed. Sharon was absolutely amazing. She made me feel completely comfortable. You can tell she genuinely cares about what she does, and it made the whole experience relaxing. Thank you, Sharon, for such a beautiful treatment. I can’t recommend her enough and will definitely be back! 💖✨

Went for a Spa day for my Sister's 50th birthday which was fab. Elena made me feel at ease and so relaxed in my treatment. She was so lovely and gave me a full tour of the spa facilities as it was my first time here. Wil defo be back.

We had a fantastic stay at the Westerwood. The spa facilities were lovely and so relaxing, making it the perfect place for us to unwind. Dinner was delicious, and all the staff we encountered were friendly and welcoming throughout our visit. A special mention to Sean at reception, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. He was incredibly helpful with recommendations and made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. It’s the little touches like this that really make a difference! We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and would happily return again soon!

My friend and I went for an overnight spa break and we had the loveliest time. Every member of staff was so friendly, welcoming and accommodating, nothing was too much trouble. The spa was so relaxing as was time at the pool, sauna etc. The meal in the evening was absolutely delicious and the breakfast was fabulous, with a huge range of food on offer. This is a lovely place to relax and I would highly recommend.

I can’t write enough good things about this hotel. Spa was absolutely second to none. Linda has the hands of an angel, she was so calming and caring and I miss her every day. We also had the lovely Gordon (I’m sure it was Gordon) on reception, young boy, full of life and extremely nice and informative! Helped us along the way when we realised we were walking in circles! My only qualm was the pool and leisure facilities, I didn’t feel they were up to the same standard as everywhere else but that’s purely because we went to the spa first and it was out of this world. I think if we went to the pool first we would have thought it was amazing! So actually no qualm at all, we still enjoyed it. Dinner was delicious, staff were so kind and friendly. I believe a young boy with glasses, another boy without glasses slightly taller and a young blonde girl with glasses all helped serve us and they were all individually fantastic. The boy behind the bar who gave me tablet too! Didn’t quite catch his name but I adored him and his service! We really enjoyed everyone we come across and the room itself was perfect for us. We honestly couldn’t fault anything apart from the fact we wish we booked more nights. Amazing stay, amazing staff, amazing spa. Loved every minute of it. Can’t wait to go back!

Excellent service in the restaurant from Maria, Ellie and Ryan. Nothing was too much trouble and they went above and beyond to make sure our afternoon tea was perfect.

Had an amazing experience today ..a deep tissue massage with a lovey young girl called Louise ...it was the best present I have ever been given ..so relaxing ...I feel like a NEW WUMMIN 😃...thanks to all the lovely staff at spa reception and the lunch was very tasty ..GREAT WEE DAY .

5* star from start to finish. Staff were attentive and showed a real passion for their work. Room was spacious, I feel it was excellent value for money (its not a budget chain but you get so much more than a budget hotel). Hotel was spotless throughout. Its a large hotel but at points you felt that you were the only guests - very little noise throughout the hotel. The spa facilities were good, had a treatment which was the best I've had thanks to Sharon. The relaxation room at the end of the treatment was just the icing on the cake. Would definitely recommend the resort and can't wait to return

Got a back and leg massage from Louise. It was very relaxing and relieved a lot of tension in my back. Very professional service and friendly staff. Highly recommend, especially with the lunch added in the package.

Had a wonderful spa day today bought for me as a birthday gift. The whole day was fabulous but the highlight was the amazing massage treatment from Elena. I highly recommend her. Very professional and friendly service and I felt 10 years younger walking out. I will definitely be back.

My therapist was Sharon for the fit for business massage and it was amazing. I asked Sharon for a gentle pressure as I just wanted it to be relaxing, it was sooo relaxing I fell asleep, Sharon was lovely, asked about my day and advised me to let her know if I wanted a change in pressure but it was absolutely perfect. Been to The Westerwood a few times, this was my fav! 10/10 ⭐️ xx

Had a spa day with my daughter and we had treatments from Linda and Sharon. They were both fantastic and we loved our time in the spa.

Had a wonderful relaxing morning getting a facial and neck, shoulder and head massage. Natalie was wonderful went through my medical issues and sensitive skin and I had no issues at all. The whole morning and lunch was an amazing way to celebrate with my daughter for her birthday. Will be back after the refurbishment

Fabulous Birthday Spa Day with lunch included with 5 x family members. Used the pool, jacuzzi, sauna & stream rooms which were all great. Pool was quiet so had the place mostly to ourselves. We all really enjoyed our wonderful & relaxing treatments. Would definitely recommend & we will be back. Maria, Olaf, Caitlin & Hailey were brilliant. 10 out of 10. Great value for money.
