We stayed at the Westerwood Hotel to celebrate our 15th anniversary, and we had the best time! From the minute we arrived until we checked out, we had such a lovely experience. Our room was spotless, and the whole hotel was immaculate. The spa was amazing too, so relaxing and exactly what we needed. We also had pizza in the restaurant, and it was delicious! The staff were all so friendly, welcoming and accommodating throughout our stay. I only managed to catch one name, Jack, who was brilliant, but everyone we met,from reception, to the bar, to the spa was lovely. They all deserve recognition for the excellent service they provide, as they really helped make our anniversary even more enjoyable. We honestly couldn't fault a thing. The atmosphere, the facilities, the food and the service all made for a fantastic stay. We'll definitely be back and can't wait for our next visit. A huge thank you to everyone at the Westerwood for making our anniversary so special. We'd highly recommend staying here!

I found the experience very relaxing. Sharon was wonderful and very skilled in massage therapy. She put me at ease and answered all my questions.

The stay overall was good - the room was clean and quiet and the food we ate was v good. Some points for improvement: 1 - the pillows are awful - it’s almost like just lying with your head on the mattress even with 2 of them. 2 - there wasn’t enough teabags or milk in the room. 3 - Curtains let all the lights in so we were awake from 4am/5am - Ned to think about blackout curtains or blinds. 4 - food and cocktails were a bit expensive. £14 for a cocktail and £22 a burger to just eat in the bar area felt a bit over the top. We were over £100 for 2 drinks and some food in the bar just for the 2 of us. On the positive side, staff were friendly especially those on front desk.

We booked fairly last minute as were attending an event nearby and thought it would be nice to stay over with my partner and son. Good free parking, check in was easy and the staff on duty were very helpful and friendly. Used the pool, free towels great and the facilities were good. Dinner in hotel was lovely, again staff very courteous, nothing was a problem and very welcoming. Price wise thought it was good value. Breakfast in morning excellent choice, called reception to ask for a 12pm check out and was told on a Sunday it is 12pm which was great as it meant we could fit in another swim before check out. The staff are all very nice and pleasant, would all say hello when passing in the corridors etc. The hotel itself is lovely, very clean. Would absolutely return, it's great value for money for the facilities available.

Hotel was excellent the golf break was not the course is not in a good shape the buggie paths are in a terrible shape it’s a tank you need to,greens full of pitch marks and don’t know the last time they were cut ,the bunkers are shocking hard packed sand ,the rough at the sides of the fairway is knee high when I arrange this 70th birthday present I was quoted £25 per buggies round we need two per day I had to pay £200 for the two days will never be back and will never recommend this course to fellow golfers 🥵🥵🥵

Had a lovely meal in the restaurant tonight served by Emma and Murray, very attentive and professional staff in their service.

As part of our mini moon we stayed over and had some treatments. Chelsey was incredible and left us feeling super relaxed! She was very knowledgeable, took her time and made the experience fantastic.

Stayed 4 nights as part of a group. I had good ' exercise ' as my room was the furthest from the lift (240 steps). Very clean with lovely staff. Room was spacious with safe and little cooler fridge. Nice sized walk in shower. No window opening so did get a tad warm.. Now lounging/ bar areas. Excellent breakfast Inc gluten free and food options good. Comfy beds.

Good location with calm atmosphere. We had the Deluxe King room which was clean and spacious. Value for money as we had the summer break offer, which included the use of the spa facilities. Good food with beautiful views from the conservatory restaurant. My only criticism is that they did not have hash browns for breakfast. Overall, a lovely overnight stay.

Lovely relaxing last minute overnight stay. Nice surroundings, great food from bar menu. Best of all was the wonderful spa experience and massage by Kendal. Will definitely be back and would highly recommend it.

Had a fantastic stay, booked last minute to celebrate my birthday. First time staying at hotel. Our room was massive family room with 2 huge double beds. Big tv, mini bar and tea/coffee machine. Check in was smooth. Pool and spa facilities are modern and relaxing. Comfortable and cosy lounge and bar. Restaurant modern. We didn’t eat in restaurant, we went into town for dinner. Breakfast was superb!!! Vast choice of hot and cold buffet, pastries and drinks. Special mention - Joanne, Emma and Luke who all looked after us at breakfast. All staff are friendly and super helpful.
