We had a fabulous stay. Our room was upgraded with a spectacular view. The hotel has a fabulous breakfast. The hospitality and service was absolutely brilliant!
Had a lovely night at Westerwood, ladies at check in were all very helpful. Danny from the restaurant was most efficient, our table size changed a few times and he was always happy to assist. Champagne glasses delivered to room for our pre dinner drinks.
Honestly the best hotel staff wise I have ever been to, it was also clean, the food was fabulous and I couldn’t fault it, I will definitely be back to the hotel again soon.
Stayed with my husband & 2 young kids at the weekend and had a fabulous time. I was really impressed with the welcome, our room upgrade & meal in the restaurant. Special mention to Louise Carline in reservations who really went above and beyond to make sure the stay was perfect.
Very nice hotel and excellent service. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. The staff is spectacular. On this regard, it happened to me to forget a personal item in the room and after calling them, they immediately sent it back to me via post for free. Well worth the stay!!
Fantastic stay, staff are very friendly and helpful. Facilities are excellent. This is our regular place to stay when we come to see family for a short or long stay over Christmas. I would recommend this hotel and spa for any type of stay.
