Went for a spa night for our anniversary. My treatment was carried out by Gemma and my partners was carried out by Kendal. Can say this was the best experience and made us both feel so welcome. Both girls were so knowledgeable and helped my partner with different products for skin. Will definitely be back.

Went to Eilish’s (instructor) reformer class at the gym on 02/08/2026. Eilish was a fantastic teacher, very easy to follow yet was a challenging class. Very light and comforting atmosphere in the class. Great experience!

We’ve had a fab treat and chilled to the max after doing the NC500. Bernadette from Housekeeping was very helpful, such a lovely lady and best wishes for her forthcoming grand daughter. Also worth a mention is Archie from the bar, Ryan and Emilia (Emma P) from the restaurant. Great staff and are assets to Westerwood. Thank you for a lovely stay.

I love the Westerwood. I have been to a few spa breaks but always keep coming back to this one. The spa and leisure facilities are great, and the restaurant is lovely and relaxed. I was helped today by Oliver, Abi, Bailey and Lewis, who made me feel right at home.

We had a lovely family meal at the Westerwood. Food was delicious and service by Millie was impeccable.

My partner and I had a lovely stay and staff were very helpful with my nut allergy and being coeliac and adjusted dinner to suit, it was delicious! We also had great treatments at the spa, I had a back massage facial by Sam and was very relaxing!

Was served by EMMA in the restaurant. Because I am a fussy eater. I asked her if I could have a pizza which wasn't on restaurant menu. And she made it happen. So I am very greatful. Thankyou EMMA. And a thankyou to the chef too

Great meal and fantastic service! We had the sirloin steak, which was cooked perfectly and absolutely delicious, along with an Aperol Spritz. A special mention to Emma, who was friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience even better. Would definitely recommend and happily return!

We visited Westerwood for a girlie Afternoon Tea. Everything was perfect. I would highly recommend. Abi and Beth were so helpful and friendly!

Lovely overnight stay visiting family. Upgraded room without asking and the breakfast was great. Lily and Beth were really helpful and polite and made for a lovely breakfast experience.

I had a spa day with my mum on the 10th of August, lunch was nice and the staff in the restaurant were very friendly and accommodating. I had a treatment done in the spa by Sam who was lovely, explained everything in detail and made me feel comfortable, would definitely recommend her! The pool area itself was a little tired & busy (check times re classes & kids prior to going) but overall for the price of this spa day and everything included I thought it was great value for money.

Went for a signature spa day at 37 weeks pregnant and had a wonderful day. Staff were very friendly and my treatment from Sharon was perfect. She was happy to tailor the treatment to suit what would make me most comfortable in pregnancy and recommend products. My skin was glowing! The lunch included was delicious. The pool area was okay. There was baby swim classes on which was cute but noisy and the loungers weren’t the most comfortable. Full pool area could do with being refreshed and cleaned but the water temp was great and the relaxation room with tea and water was a quiet escape that made up for the pool loungers. I spent most of my morning in here and was very relaxed. Overall I a lovely day, fully recommend booking a solo spa day for perfect peace and quiet.

I enjoyed a spa experience with a full deep tissue massage & foot massage, Sharon was my therapist, she helped me totally relax & feel at ease, very professional and explained the treatments. The relaxation room atmosphere was clean, relaxing with water or herbal teas. I could sit here and really relax and read my book before having lunch. Would definitely recommend treating yourself here
